• Develop flight plans using advanced software (e.g., Jeppesen) and analyze weather, NOTAMS, and airspace constraints. • Calculate optimal fuel requirements?and alternate routes for safety and efficiency. • Ensure compliance with Uganda CAA, ICAO, EASA and UKCAA regulations. • Collaborate with Pilots, Cabin Crew, Maintenance & Engineering Personnel, and Air Traffic Control to resolve operational challenges. • Participate in emergency response simulations and post-flight debriefings. • Maintain meticulous records and adapt to evolving aviation technologies. • Understand key HR Policies and procedures in a work environment
