• Reports to: Hon Secretary • Job Summary: The General Manager will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the club

• To manage the day-to-day operations and staff of Kampala Club Limited to ensure excellence, build and maintain strong relationships with members, oversee exclusive events and member activities; handle budgets, financials, and club development and ensuring a positive experience for members and guests: implement and enforce EXCOM approved policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all individuals using the club. • A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Human Resources Management or business administration or any related degree. • e) Ideal Candidate • Strong background in sports and recreation management with 5-years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial roie • Proven experience in luxury hospitality, sports management, or exclusive memberships • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. • Passionate about delivering personalized, high-end service. • Technical and Behavioural Competencies • Excellent organizational and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good interpersonal relations. • Interested candidates should deliver their written application letters with detailed CVs, Academic documents, testimonials, and other relevant documents to the undersigned. • The Hon Secretary • Kampala Club Limited • Plot 8 Ternan Avenue • Nakasero, Kampala • NB: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
