KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• 1. Administrative Support:
• Manage and organize the daily schedules, meetings, and appointments of the executive team.
• Prepare, record, and maintain official documents, minutes, and correspondence.
• Ensure timely communication of directives and memos across the organization.
• 2. Coordination and Communication:
• Act as a liaison between management and staff to ensure efficient internal communication.
• Handle and respond to external inquiries professionally.
• Oversee document flow and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• 3. Record Keeping and Documentation:
• Maintain and update company records, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with legal and organizational requirements.
• Assist in filing financial, operational, and employee records securely.
• 4. Event and Meeting Management:
• Schedule and organize company meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and agendas are prepared.
• Take detailed minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly.
• 5. Support in Policy Implementation:
• Assist in drafting company policies, rules, and regulations.
• Monitor adherence to organizational protocols and escalate concerns when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
• Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with the telecom or airtime sales industry is an added advantage.
• Experience in project coordination or management.
• Knowledge of modern recordkeeping systems and practices.
• Working Conditions:
• Fulltime position based at A4C Internet Limited headquarters.
• Occasional travel may be required for events or meetings.
