This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge hardware systems while supporting operations across multiple countries in East and Central Africa.

• What You’ll Be Doing
• Support the management of local repair offices across the region
• Perform hardware operations in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Assist in creating and improving technical manuals and SOPs
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and support system setup
• Conduct electrical safety checks and support equipment repair
• Provide after-sales technical support to ensure optimal product performance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Software, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Success

& Who Should Apply

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Second Class Upper or above)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in hardware systems, electronics, and technology
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable learning independently and solving technical challenges
