Are you a recent graduate eager to step into the world of technology, engineering, and innovation? WASSHA Africa Uganda Ltd is looking for a Graduate Trainee – Global Hardware Engineering to join our dynamic team in Uganda.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge hardware systems while supporting operations across multiple countries in East and Central Africa.

What You’ll Be Doing
Support the management of local repair offices across the region
Perform hardware operations in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Assist in creating and improving technical manuals and SOPs
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and support system setup
Conduct electrical safety checks and support equipment repair
Provide after-sales technical support to ensure optimal product performance
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Software, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Success

& Who Should Apply

Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Second Class Upper or above)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest in hardware systems, electronics, and technology
Good communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable learning independently and solving technical challenges
