POSITION: GRADUATE TRAINEE

Station: Semuto and Namanve

We’re looking for enthusiastic, curious, and driven Graduate Trainees to join our Production team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced food production environment. This is more than just a learning opportunity, it’s your chance to build practical skills, work alongside experienced professionals, and lay the foundation for a rewarding career.

What you’ll experience:

• Rotate across all production areas to gain end-to-end exposure to our operations.
• Work alongside experienced teams to learn industry best practices.
• Participate in daily production activities while upholding quality, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Learn production processes, operational planning, and performance reporting.
• Develop practical problem solving skills in a real-world manufacturing environment.
• Build confidence by contributing to the achievement of daily production targets.

Who we’re looking for:

• A graduate with a bachelor’s degree in food science, biology, biochemistry, Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• No prior work experience required. We’re looking for potential, not perfection.
• Someone eager to learn, adaptable and ready to take on new challenges.
• A team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Someone who pays close attention to detail and is committed to continuous improvement.
