KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Doctors’ Contract Management • Collaborate with OPD Managers/Leads to ensure contracts/addendums for new and existing visiting consultants are adequately maintained. • Act as the guardian of the C-Care Doctor Master file and manage doctors’ profile creation on the HIS database, liaising with IT and Finance for proper mapping to Business Units (BUs). • Resolve queries related to contracts and HIS with relevant parties. • Maintain an up-to-date doctors’ register. • Ensure all doctors’ documents are current and properly filed. • Happy Doctors’ Initiatives • Support Happy Doctors’ Initiatives, including birthday gifts. • Track and assist with initiatives such as Professional Indemnity paperwork and liaising with insurance providers. • Assist in planning Continuing Medical Education (CME) events and doctor-related events (e.g., Annual Gala), coordinating with L&D team, BUs, venue providers, and marketing for successful execution. • Support the production of the Doctors’ Newsletter. • Clinical Affairs Administrative Tasks • Work closely with the Clinical Affairs Team to assist with day-to-day administrative tasks. • Attend main department meetings and compile minutes as required. • Assist with data analysis and compile information for Board and Management meetings. • Doctors’ Engagement & Recognition Strategy • Coordinate the “Doctors’ Winning Strategy” initiatives to foster pride and belonging among medical staff. • Manage and track the implementation of: • Doctors’ Connect (networking and engagement forums). • Doctors’ Privilege Card program. • Doctors’ Excellence Awards and Doctors of the Month board. • Specialty of the Month board. • Annual Doctors’ Event Calendar (CMEs, Gala, Scientific Day, Socials). • Doctors’ Research Journal and support for research dissemination. • Ensure consistent communication and visibility of recognition programs across C-Care. • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Effective management of Doctors’ Contract Management and maintenance of an up-to-date doctors’ register. • Successful support of Happy Doctors’ Initiatives. • Effective planning and execution of CMEs. • Attendance at Doctors Relations Meetings and timely sharing of meeting minutes with attendees. • Contribution to data analysis and preparation of slides for internal meetings. • Completion of at least one Doctors’ Excellence Award cycle and consistent monthly recognition boards. • Publication of the Doctors’ Research Journal or equivalent platform for clinical thought leadership. • Successful roll-out and uptake of Doctors’ Winning Strategy programs, measured by participation, feedback, and visibility.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Degree in Healthcare or Business Studies (Mandatory). • Training or qualification in Human Resource Management (Preferred). • Experience • At least 2 years of experience in general administrative tasks or human resource management. • Behavioral Competencies • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Effective communication skills. • Collaborative approach. • Note: The Job/Service Objectives are not an exhaustive list of tasks and duties but serve as a guideline for daily responsibilities, which may evolve based on business requirements.
