KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed goals. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with company goals.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• 5+ years of sales management experience (preferably in Fintech or Telecom). • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven leadership and team management skills. • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technologies.
