• Training Strategy & Development – Design and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned to business goals. • Curriculum Design – Create scalable, high-quality training materials, manuals, and e-learning content. • Training Delivery – Facilitate sessions personally and oversee the rollout of training across multiple sites. • Quality Assurance – Set and monitor benchmarks for training quality, ensuring consistent learner outcomes. • Trainer Management – Recruit, develop, and manage a network of trainers and coaches. • Performance Tracking – Monitor training impact through assessments, evaluations, and KPIs. • Career Pathways – Develop structured career progression frameworks for different roles in the organization. • Innovation in Learning – Introduce modern training methods, including blended learning, digital tools, and field-based coaching. • Compliance & Standards – Ensure all training meets legal, safety, and industry standards. • Stakeholder Engagement – Work with management and partners to identify skill gaps and design targeted interventions.
