• The position holder must be willing to reside at the assigned student residential facility. • Education and Aptitude: • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Hospitality Management, Psychology Or Counseling, Public Administration. • A Diploma with relevant experience may be considered in special cases. • Desirable Additional training and skills • Training in guidance and counseling, conflict resolution, or student affairs management is an added advantage. • Basic training or certification in First Aid, Safety, or Emergency response is desirable. • Computer literacy and ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Required Experience • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in managing student accommodation or youth welfare programs. • Experience in a similar role in a Higher Education Institution, school, or boarding facility. • Experience in coordinating student services, events, or support systems. • Experience in supervisory or leadership roles within residential or institutional settings is a strong advantage.
