Are you a welcoming and professional customer service expert?

Hugamara Group is looking for Hostesses to manage guest reception, coordinate seating, and ensure a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure!

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests professionally, manage reservations, and efficiently handle guest seating and waiting lists.
Coordinate guest flow with service teams and respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness in reception areas and ensure professional grooming and presentation at all times.
Support overall customer experience initiatives and assist in maintaining a positive, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

1. Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Customer Care, or a related field (an added advantage).

2.1 – 3 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or customer-facing roles.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a highly professional appearance and customer-service orientation!
