KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent guest service.
• Manage bookings, budgets, and inventory.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or hospitality supervision or management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in hotel management systems and basic accounting.
• Excellent communication in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus).
• High integrity and customer-focused mindset.
