Hugamara Group is looking for Hotline Cooks in Kampala to prepare high-quality meals, manage assigned kitchen sections, and deliver exceptional service operations!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook meals according to approved recipes, maintaining top-tier quality, taste, consistency, and presentation.
2. Manage assigned kitchen sections efficiently during service, ensuring the timely preparation and dispatch of customer orders.
3. Support overall food prep, including sauces, seasoning, plating, and strict portion control to minimize wastage.
4. Maintain immaculate cleanliness and strict food safety standards while coordinating effectively with the kitchen team.

Qualifications:

1. Certificate or training in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field (an added advantage).
2. 2 – 4 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
3. Strong understanding of food preparation standards; experience in restaurant or high-volume hospitality operations is preferred!
