Sokoni Africa Limited is hiring a diligent and motivated Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be vital in upholding our high standards of service.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards
• Change bed linens, towels, and toiletries as required
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures, and vacuum carpets and rugs
• Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to management
• Restock supplies as needed, including linens and cleaning materials
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards in all cleaning practices
• Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Previous experience as a Housekeeper or in a related role is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Strong time management skills and reliability
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
