Our 24 – month Graduate Trainee Program is a structured, hands-on development journey designed to fast-track exceptional graduates into future banking leaders. You will rotate across key business functions — including Credit, Retail Banking, Operations, and Business development — gaining real exposure to how a leading financial institution works.
