• Act as the primary system administrator for the HRIS • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of all HR data. • Generate standard and custom reports for HR metrics, headcount, turnover, and other analytics to support decision-making. • Troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and train HR staff and employees on how to use the system effectively. • Manage system upgrades, patches, and testing in collaboration with IT vendors or the internal IT department. • Streamline HR processes through automation and system optimization. • Maintain user accounts, access levels, and security settings. • Liaise with the software provider for technical support and to stay updated on new features.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HRIS administration or a similar role. • Strong understanding of HR processes and data. • High proficiency in database management, MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), and reporting tools. • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. • High level of discretion with confidential information.
