• Bachelors in HR Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Organizational Psychology or any related field.
• 2 years’ experience working with a busy HR Department in a humanitarian organization.
• Strong spoken, written, and expressive English,
• Strong IT skills including ability to work with Ms. Office applications
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures and labor law
