ROLE PURPOSE:

The IT Deputy Manager at the will be responsible for managing and overseeing the IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations within the plant. This role will ensure smooth and continuous operation of IT systems, support plant operations, and implement technological solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and security across plant processes. The IT Deputy Manager will also manage IT teams, ensure compliance with company IT policies, and lead the implementation of IT

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

 

EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ IT support or management within a manufacturing or automotive environment, with at least 3 years in supervisory role.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field..

SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, and IT security protocols.
• Experience with SAP systems, MES, and other manufacturing software solutions.
• Expertise in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and hardware/software support.
• Proficiency in database management, data analytics, and integration of systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity
