KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure. • Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools. • Develop and maintain cloud solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum certification requirement: CCNA or JNCIA-Junos. • Strong networking knowledge, with proficiency in Juniper, Cisco, and MikroTik technologies. • At least 3 years of relevant experience in an ISP environment, with a proven track record of responsibility. • Customer service and end-user support experience, with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
