We are seeking to recruit 50 qualified and motivated IT Agents to join our growing team based in Gabba, Kampala.

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ï‚· Provide IT support and technical assistance
ï‚· Handling online tasks and system operations.
ï‚· Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
ï‚· Troubleshoot system and network issues
ï‚· Assist clients with IT-related inquiries
ï‚· Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations
ï‚· Reporting daily work progress to supervisors.

ï‚· Basic knowledge of computer systems and internet use.
ï‚· Good communication and problem-solving skills
ï‚· Able to work under pressure, should be disciplined and hardworking
ï‚· Ability to work long hours and in a team environment
ï‚· Prior experience in IT support is an added advantage
ï‚· Fast to learn and able to follow instructions.
