• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring reliable security • and surveillance operations. • Perform regular repairs and maintenance of IT hardware to ensure optimal • performance and minimize downtime. • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain printers, ensuring efficient and • uninterrupted printing services. • Maintain and troubleshoot network devices, ensuring a stable and secure • network infrastructure. • Install, configure, and integrate new network setups, ensuring seamless • connectivity and functionality across systems. • Configure and manage EPABX systems, ensuring reliable communication • and efficient operation of telephony services.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, • or a related field. • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in IT support, systems administration, • or network management, preferably in a multinational company or a • reputable organization. • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware and software • troubleshooting, network security, and systems maintenance. • Proven ability to lead IT teams, manage projects effectively, and • collaborate across departments to ensure seamless IT operations. • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to • interact with both technical and non-technical teams. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills for • managing daily IT operations and resolving technical challenges. • Willingness and ability to travel across various Ugandan offices to address • and resolve IT-related issues as needed.
