• Manage assigned key accounts with professionalism and dedication. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions • Facilitate the full sales cycle; product presentation, order processing, delivery coordination and payment follow-up. • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. • Identify opportunities to grow account value through upselling and cross-selling. • Maintain accurate records of client communications, transactions and feedback. • Provide regular reports on account performance and client satisfaction • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.

• Undergraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer relations (FMCG experience is a plus). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented. • Familiarity with supermarkets or wholesale distribution is an advantage.
