• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement in performance and efficiency. • Develop and implement strategies aimed at optimizing equipment performance and maximizing production output. • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues. • Conduct root cause analyses on deviations in performance and implement effective corrective actions. • Prepare detailed technical reports and deliver findings, insights, and recommendations to management. • Support asset integrity and reliability programs to ensure long-term operational performance. • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, or methodologies to enhance overall operational efficiency. • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations in all activities. • Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against established targets. • Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of operational processes and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in oil and gas operations or engineering. • Proficiency in professional English • Fluency in Chinese is an added advantage. • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions. • Proficient in data analysis tools and production monitoring software. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Solid understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards within oil and gas operations. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
