QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Requirements
- Must have a diploma or certificate in laboratory technology from a reputable institute.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience in Laboratory Pre- Analytical in a busy laboratory setting.
Required skills and competences.
- Strong understanding of ISO 15189:2022 requirements especially in preanalytical processes
- Ability to conduct training to match the expectations of the preanalytical requirements
- Experience of shipping processes within and out of the country.
- Ability to apply relevant RCA tools to investigate non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Knowledge of Continual Quality Improvement.
- Good customer care and interpersonal skills.
