• Operate washing machines, dryers, steamers, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently. • Sort laundry items by colour, fabric, and cleaning requirements. • Load and unload laundry machines following capacity and operating instructions. • Monitor washing/drying cycles, adjusting settings and programs as needed. • Measure and add detergents, softeners, or stain removers as required. • Inspect laundry before and after processing to ensure cleanliness and proper handling. • Report any machine malfunctions, maintenance needs, or fabric damages. • Ensure timely processing of customer orders as per service timelines. • Follow company safety procedures and wear protective gear when necessary.

• Previous experience in a commercial laundry environment is an added advantage. • Basic understanding of laundry chemicals, machine operations, and fabric care. • Physically fit – able to stand for long hours and lift moderate loads. • Attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet daily targets. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Certificate in Electrical is an added advantage • Fluency in English and Luganda or local language is essential. • Willingness to work weekends or extended hours where needed. • WORK SCHEDULE • Full-time, 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), with flexibility depending on business hours. • REMUNERATION • Competitive salary based on experience, with growth opportunities as the business expands
