• Manage performance of the legal section in line with professional legal standards. • Mitigate litigation risk and provide legal advice to the company. • Support the Company secretary. • Execute the debt collection strategy. • Mitigating legal risks through structured management of the Contracts portfolio. • Manage insurance policies, processes, and claims. • Ensure the company’s operations comply with the applicable laws, regulations, voluntary commitments, and standards. • Train and create awareness to the commercial employees on the laws and expectations of the law affecting their roles and duties. • Manage the external legal panel and all third-Party service providers under the Legal section.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Laws. • Post Graduate Diploma in Legal practice is a must. • Excellent communicator and innovative Legal-business solutions. • Minimum of three (3) years experience with atleast 1 year as an in-house lawyer • Member of the Uganda Law Society.
