KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process library materials;
• Replace lost/damaged Library materials;
• Maintain security of Library materials;
• Responsible for readers services;
• Provide reference work and circulation of library materials;
• Maintain the Library catalogue;
• Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.

• An Honours Bachelor’s degree in Library or Information Science or Information Systems or Information Technology.
• Skills/Competences
• Proficiency in computer systems including use of mail and the internet;
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
• Integrity;
• Ability to work with teams;
• Quick judgement and decision making;
• Ability to initiate change.
• Age: Below 55 years
