• The successful candidate will: • Tally up goods loaded and reconcile with loading order. • Ensure goods loaded on trucks comply with customer specifications. • Deliver tally sheets to Sales Office for invoicing. • Supervise, monitor, and guide Loading Assistants. • Sign off the goods dispatched note. • Perform any other duties assigned by the Dispatch Manager.

• Ordinary Diploma in any business-related discipline. • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required. • Skills & Professional Attributes Required: • Ability to work independently and complete assignments. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Professional personal presentation. • Strong customer service orientation. • Ability to adhere to prescribed routines and practices, and compose effective correspondence. • Capability to handle non-routine matters, such as special projects, with minimal instructions. • Strong decision-making skills. • Work Conditions: • May require working long hours. • May involve working in open and dirty areas. • May require lifting or moving items weighing up to 20 kilograms.
