Position: Loan Officers

Area of Operation: Bukedea, Busia, Mbale, Namayingo and Soroti

Nature of job: Full time and field based.

Job summary

Loan Officer’s role will be to solicit, appraise clients for loan disbursements and ensure 100% timely repayments from them. The role is field based and involves working closely with clients and community groups.

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma in any field from a recognized institution.
• At least 2 principle passes at A- level and credits in Mathematics and English at O-level.
• At least 2 years of work experience in related field is an added advantage.

• Knowledge in microfinance and group dynamics is an added advantage.
• Demonstrate high levels of integrity.
• Fluent in the local languages spoken in the above areas is an added advantage.
• Possession of riding skill with a valid permit is a MUST.
• Applicant must be between 25-33 years of age.
• Female applicants are encouraged to apply.
