• Promote SAVIOUR’s products to potential clients by creating effective marketing strategies; • Screen applications based on established criteria, ensure adherence to program policies, and verify the accuracy of client information; • Conduct loan appraisal for all eligible clients of all products including visiting their businesses and homes, drawing sketch maps, and inspecting the securities to be offered by the clients; • Train clients and groups according to planned curricula; • Ensure timely loan disbursements by completing and verifying the required documentation for each loan product; • Participate actively in the Credit Committee for reviewing and approving loans; • Monitor client repayments according to the agreed schedule, document any delinquent loans, and follow the procedures for loan recovery as specified in the loan policies and procedures manual; • Prepare and submit periodic reports; • Establish good relationships with local leaders and legal authorities that can assist in the loan appraisal and recovery process (maintain a record of contacts, such as stamps and phone numbers, for all local authorities in a specific zone); • Perform any other duties related to this position.

• At least a bachelor’s degree in microfinance or related business course; • At least 12 months of experience in a similar role; • Experience working in a Microfinance or SACCO.
