Process import permits for Feeds, Chemicals, Sprayers, Seeds and Vet products.

Liaise with MAAIF offices (Entebbe, Namalere, Kawanda & Mukono) and NDA.

Review shipping documents and monitor ETAs at Mombasa.

Ensure that import permit renewals are done on time.

Track orders from proforma invoice to warehouse delivery.

Diploma or Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Transport, or related field.

Atleast 2 Yrs of relevant logistics, import clearance experience.

Professional certificate in Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus.

Good knowledge of Uganda import procedures, MAAIF, NDA and URA clearing processes.

Experience in handling import permits, shipping documents and marine insurance.
