KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and process Meal menus
• Coordinate with production team for any menu changes
• Maintain accurate records
• Inspect menu cycle changes for accuracy
• Communicate with client regarding menu status
• Update menu as per assigned frequency
• Assist with resolving meal issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Production support team
• Generate reports related to menu feedbacks

• background experience in hospital catering menu management.
• At least 5 years of experience
• BUT, Bachelor’s degree, Bac+3
