• Facilitate problem solving • Plan maintenance and projects • Develop and implement asset care plan • Frequently coach operators on best practices • Maintain Coswin/SAP system integrity • Team development • Implementing the VPO best practices • Facilitate ATO practices • Develop autonomous team

• Good problem-solving skills • Ability to work in teams. • Team player and good communication skills • Good understanding of CMMS (SAP/COSWIN) • Computer skills such as Excel, MS project, Power point, word etc. • Should be knowledgeable in maintenance practices i.e. Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance/operation etc. • Should be knowledgeable in CMMS • Should be well versed with good safety practices like SAM and LOTOTO • Minimum Requirements: • Minimum of Degree in Mechanical Engineering • 2 years’ experience in similar role
