1. Establish Accounting Controls to oversee Finance and Accounting
2. Monitor Financial Progress and Performance
3. Budget and Cost Control
4. Support audit and ensure compliance with the accounting standard
5. Payroll Management
6. Relationship Management
7. Staff Management and Development

COMPETENCIES

1. Degree in Accounting/ Finance
2. CPA, ACCA qualification is an added advantage
3. 3 yrs minimum experience in finance management
4. Ability to multi task
5. Trustworthy ,high degree of integrity
6. Ability to work independently
7. Ability to work in a highly computerized environment
8. Ability to work under pressure and excellent organizational skills
9. Willingness and ability to work such hours as are necessary to accomplish job requirements
10. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
