• To Develop tools that provide quick visibility of S&D staff and partner commissions • Provide solutions that automate the manual business operational processes like commission calculations for both staff and partners • Provide Insights and analysis on performance gaps and closing them through digitization • Design Data quality management framework, including data quality standards, methods, tools and governance for MTN S&D partners • Building a system by which predictive analytics of performance can be conducted ensuring proactive addressing of performance issues. • Providing visualized analytics to the S&D Management including corrective actions and recommendations. • Conduct market and industry research to stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, computer science, software engineering Statistics, Business computing or related course • Experience: • A mininum 2 years’ experience • Exposure in a Sales Operations environment at a planning level is desirable • Experience in data analysis, report visualization and application development • Skills / physical competencies: • Ability to work within a team and work independently • Sense of urgency necessary to meet goals, objectives and deadlines • A sense of innovation & ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions • Strong interpersonal skills, • Good oral and written communication skills • High volume data analysis • Knowledge and ability to apprehend the interrelationships of presented facts in such a way as to guide action towards a desired goal • Reporting and performance analysis • Application development and management • Data Quality analysis • Behavioral qualities: • Customer focus • Performance Driven • Commitment to the organization • Proactive • Self-motivation • Analytical thinking • Presentation skills
