• Review systems of risk management, monitoring, evaluation, and assessing the adequacy of these systems. • Develop, monitor, evaluate, and review the Authority policies and procedures, ensuring that all staff and management within the Authority consistently interpret the guidelines and apply the policies. • Conduct scenario analysis and review to assess potential risk to the Authority and identify possible solutions to avoid business interruptions and ensure business continuity at all times. • Conduct test programs, stress tests, benchmarking, and research to appreciate and determine situations’ impact on the Authority’s operations. • Develop risk reports for management and the board, highlighting aspects of the business that may cause significant risk. This will enable the development of suitable and practical solutions to mitigate risk to the Authority. • Develop and review the annual risk work plans in line with the projected Authority activities.
