• Operate manlifts and aerial platforms to safely elevate personnel and materials to designated work areas. • Monitor load limits, working radius, and terrain conditions to ensure safe operation. • Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and routine safety checks. • Comply with all site health, safety, and operational procedures, including OSHA standards. • Communicate clearly with ground personnel and supervisors for smooth task execution. • Identify and report any mechanical issues, faults, or safety hazards. • Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure proper storage after use.

• High school diploma or equivalent. • Valid manlift operator license/certification (OSHA, IPAF, or equivalent). • Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating manlifts in construction or related environments. • Strong knowledge of manlift controls, safe operation procedures, and construction site practices. • Familiar with OSHA safety regulations and best practices. • Excellent communication, teamwork, and safety awareness.
