We’re Hiring: MEAL Officer – Kotido

Are you passionate about using evidence to make development programmes work better for communities?
Warrior Squad Foundation (WSF) is looking for a qualified and dedicated Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer to join our Programs team at our Kotido Head Office, with frequent travel to project sites across Karamoja.

The role covers data collection and quality, indicator tracking, community feedback mechanisms, and documenting lessons learned across WSF’s programmes.

We’re looking for a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies or a related field, plus at least 3 years of M&E experience, ideally in Karamoja or similar pastoral settings. Fluency in Ngakarimojong is an added advantage.
