A. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical systems in (EC Sheds) environment-controlled poultry sheds and feed plant machinery.
• Ensure smooth operation and timely maintenance of ventilation systems, cooling pads, exhaust fans, air circulation units, and water systems in poultry sheds.
• Oversee the maintenance of feed plant machinery, including pellet mills, hammer mills, conveyors, silos, boilers, and other mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns to minimize downtime.

B. Equipment Monitoring & Troubleshooting:

• Conduct regular inspections and performance checks on all mechanical systems in poultry sheds and the feed plant.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper calibration and alignment of mechanical components.

C. Boilers & Heating Systems:

• Oversee the maintenance of boilers and steam systems in the feed plant.
• Ensure proper functioning of heating systems in poultry houses, especially during brooding periods.

D. Spares & Inventory Control:

• Maintain spare parts inventory for all critical mechanical components.
• Coordinate with procurement for ordering and stocking necessary spare parts.

E. Team Management & Training:

• Lead the mechanical maintenance team and ensure efficient work distribution.
• Train staff on machine handling, troubleshooting, and safety protocols.

A. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related

B. Technical Skills:

• Expertise in mechanical systems, including conveyors, pellet mills, hammer mills, and boilers.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and air circulation systems.
• Familiarity with water pumping systems and pressure management in poultry houses.
• Experience with welding, fabrication, and machining for repairs and modifications.

C. Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to lead a team and manage maintenance schedules efficiently.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
