• Labor Support: Provide emotional support and guidance during labor, monitor progress, and help with decision-making. • Postnatal Care: Ensure the physical and emotional health of the mother and baby, including support with feeding and caring for the baby. • Prenatal Care: Assist with antenatal assessments and prenatal care for expectant mothers. • Health Screening: Provide periodic health screenings. • Transfer of Care: Facilitate the transfer of care to another health facility when necessary. • Family Planning: Engage in activities that promote family planning and proper nutrition. • High-Risk Pregnancies: Identify high-risk pregnancies, make referrals to doctors and other medical specialists, and arrange and provide parenting and health education.

• A Diploma in Midwifery. • A minimum of two years’ experience working in a similar role in a busy setting
