• Develop the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning framework and related tools for effective Program implementation; • Prepare and monitor implementation of the annual work plans; • Monitor and evaluate all program activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the Program output; • Collaborate the Program database with the other Partners’ related databases; • Co-ordinate periodic Program evaluation studies including mid-term and end-term review and consolidate learning from evaluation activities; • Implement monitoring frameworks to track progress and assess the impact of the Centre’s initiatives; • Monitor and evaluate Program Impact at Individual, Institutional and Ecosystem level; • Compile and analyze data related to program activities, and prepare accurate, timely reports to support decision-making, accountability, and continuous improvement; • Monitor, identify and report any safeguarding concerns that may arise during the Program implementation;

• A Master’s degree in Development Studies or Social work and Social Administration or Business Administration or Economics or Statistics or Education or Management Studies from a recognized institution • A Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation or Project Planning and Management from a recognized institution. • An Honour’s Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies or Social work and Social Administration or Business Administration or Economics or Statistics or Education or Management Studies from a recognized /institution • Experience • A minimum of 6 years’ relevant work experience, 3 of which should have been at the level of Assistant Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Officer. • Competencies • Experience using diverse data analysis packages and database management systems. • Experience in implementing various programme evaluation approaches and methodologies. • Demonstrated adaptive management skills in using Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning tools. • Experience in synthesizing activity reports to inform adaptive learning • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites and other digital tools.
