KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the office environment
• Monitor and reorder office supplies as needed
• Assist with organizing meetings and scheduling appointments
• Support staff and visitors with basic office services
• Deliver and collect documents as required
• Maintain records and assist with reports
• Perform any other duties assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• A minimum of a Certificate or Diploma in Office Management, Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented
