KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep of the branch.
• Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating with staff and clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and clients.
• Support other team members with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and customer service.
