KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
• Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
• Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
• Order office supplies and provide inventory control system

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Minimum of a Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email management, calendar organisation, and data entry
• A team player with excellent communication and time management skills
• Highly organised and detail-focused
