• Assist with general office administration, including filing, photocopying, and data entry. • Support the Finance and Admin Officer in organizing financial documents and processing receipts. • Maintain an organized and clean working environment in the office. • Handle incoming calls and manage office correspondence and supplies. • Provide logistical support for meetings, trainings, and other events. • Assist in maintaining staff attendance and timesheet records. • Perform other duties as required by the Finance and Admin Officer or Operations Department.

• A diploma or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Office Management, Social Sciences, or a related field. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Fluency in English (written and spoken). • Commitment to learning and professional development. • Women applicants are strongly encouraged to apply as part of YCON’s commitment to gender equality. • Duration & Benefits • This is a short-term internship with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational needs. • A modest stipend will be provided to cover transportation and communication costs.
