Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations
• Supervise staff performance & enforce SOPs
• Maintain store presentation, POS & customer experience
• Coordinate content, influencers & brand activities
• Track sales and deliver daily performance reports

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Project Management, Information Systems or related field
• 3-5 years experience in operations, retail, or team management
• Strong leadership, organization & accountability
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
• Experience with premium brands is a plus
