PRINCIPAL NURSING OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• Staff Coordination & HR Functions.
• Conduct daily ward rounds and oversee infection control practices.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing programs, schedules, and objectives aligned with KMCH goals.
• Lead development and revision of nursing procedure guides to improve care quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Midwifery, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Added Advantage: Postgraduate qualification (Diploma or Master’s) in Health Services Management, Administration, or related field.
• Must be registered with UNMC and hold a valid practising licence
• 3-5 years of progressive nursing experience, including prior senior/supervisory role.
