• Ensure requisition of stocked items immediately they reach the reorder level • Ensure that invoices, delivery and inspection certificate are forwarded to the Procurement Supervisor & Accounts Payable for payments upon receipt of the goods. • Review the consumption rate for each stock item in order to adjust the reorder quantity and reorder level accordingly on a bi annual basis. • Sending bid requests to vendors as per received purchase requisition from user department and doing bid evaluations from the received quotes for order award.

• Degree in Procurement & Logistics &, BBA or any other related field of study from a reputable university. • Skills/Knowledge • Have good organizational skills and effective communication skills • Good Customer Service and Relations skills. • Good interpersonal and leadership skills • Willing to learn and self-develop their skills • EXPERIENCE • Essential: 1 year experience in Procurement related roles • Preferred: Fresh graduate
