Elysian Strategic Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a reputable FMCG client to fill the position of Procurement Officer. The incumbent will manage sourcing, purchasing, and timely delivery of goods and services to ensure smooth business operations in a fast-moving FMCG environment.

Working Station: Bugolobi, Kampala – Uganda

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Plan and execute procurement activities
– Source suppliers and negotiate contracts
– Manage purchase orders and delivery timelines
– Maintain supplier relationships and performance tracking
– Ensure compliance with procurement policies
– Support inventory and supply chain coordination

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration

EXPERIENCE
– Minimum 3 years’ procurement experience
– FMCG or manufacturing experience preferred
– Experience in supplier and contract management

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

– Strong procurement and supply chain knowledge
– Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Strong integrity and attention to detail
