• 1. Operating Machinery • Setting up and operating machinery and equipment used in the production process. • Ensuring machines are working efficiently and performing basic troubleshooting. • 2. Assembling Products • Assembling components or finished products following specifications or blueprints. • Using tools and equipment to perform tasks accurately. • 3. Quality Control • Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. • Reporting defects or inconsistencies in materials or products to supervisors. • 4. Maintaining Cleanliness • Keeping work areas clean and organized to maintain safety and efficiency. • Cleaning and maintaining machinery or tools after use. • 5. Following Safety Procedures • Adhering to health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries. • Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. • 6. Packaging and Labeling • Packaging finished goods for shipment or storage. • Labeling items accurately with relevant information (e.g., product codes, batch numbers). • 7. Managing Inventory • Keeping track of raw materials and reporting shortages to ensure continuous production. • Assisting in receiving and storing materials properly. • 8. Documentation • Recording production details such as quantities produced, time taken, and materials used. • Filling out logs or reports for supervisors. • 9. Team Collaboration • Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues. • Assisting in training new workers or providing support where needed. • 10. Meeting Production Targets • Ensuring production schedules are met by maintaining consistent output and efficiency. • Adjusting workflows to optimize productivity without compromising quality.

• O’level or its equivalent. • Proven experience working in a factory environment. • & Proficiency in spoken and written • English. • Job location – Nakawuka
