Development Links Consult (DLC)
The Project Management Associate will also be responsible for liaison with DLC Consultants and staff to ensure seamless, timely, successful and outcome-based execution of the DLC project and consulting activities.
Accountable to: Resident Director
Immediate Supervisor: Operations Manager
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure robust planning and timely execution of project and consulting activities in line with the overall project objectives, targets, commitments and timeframes.
• Coordinate the input of the various DLC Consultants, Specialists and Technical Associates to ensure effective execution of planned activities and delivery of high-quality technical support to clients and partners.
• Liaise with the focal point persons of client organizations and recipients of DLC technical support on regular basis to harmonize execution plans, coordinate engagement processes, track progress of actions and generally ensure a harmonious and impactful consultancy and technical support relationship.
• Prepare regular high-quality progress and other reports and provide any performance related information as might be required by Management and other stakeholders.
• Initiate and follow up internal operational and logistical processes necessary for supporting the seamless implementation of Consulting activities in line with DLC’s organizational policies, procedures and operational practices.
• Support DLC Consultants and Specialists in the technical execution of consulting tasks.
• Contribute to the documentation, communication and visibility of DLC’s products and services so as to enhance DLCs branding and positioning in the development Management Consulting field.
• Undertake any other related management, coordination and consulting tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned to you by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• 1. Education:
• A bachelor’s degree in development studies, Management or related fields. Post graduate qualification in Project Planning and Management is a highly added advantage. Sound knowledge of Gender inclusion and Safeguarding is also highly recommended.
• 2. Experience:
• At least 3 years’ experience in Project Management role in a credible dynamic, fast paced, result oriented and multi stakeholder organization/environment
• Sound knowledge of Project Management processes and procedures,
• Strong planning coordination skills
• Ability and agility to multi-task and manage competing demands.
• Strong communication (verbal and written), and relational skills.
• Highly Result Oriented
• Self-drive with the ability to work with minimal supervision
